Relinking clips -- doesn't work anymore?

Hi!
I have a problem that seems to have appeared out of the blue.
I did a lot of tracks in Mocha before, and after doing them, I changed some of the names/reorganized some of the original clips. Before I could just make the project reopen by relinking, but now when I try it, the project opens with the tracks on the side, but the clip is not there! I try to change the boundaries of “import frames” in the “Relink clip–Media unavailable” box, but they stay stuck from frame 0 to 0.
I tried undoing some of the changes to clip organization, but that hasn’t helped either.
I tried exporting the tracking data from the tracks to see if the info was still there, but that caused mocha to give me some runtime error and the program terminated

Sorry guys, spoke too soon.
I got it to load properly, but it only works from the mocha that is bundled in AE. since making those tracks, I installed the stand-alone version, which for some reason will not play well with tracks from the other version.,…
