Remove Blown out Sun on Actors Hair

Does any one have any suggestions on how to remove the blown out sun on the top of the actors heads? Please see the below frame. Is this a job for Boris Continuum? or Mocha? Is there a way to do Power Windows in Continuum and have it track like Davinci Resolve?

I would start with some simple roto of your actor’s face, then use that roto for an inverted matte and apply color correction to the background.
