Remove Module

Hi,

I’m trying to use the remove module to replace a very simple replace of a logo on on a phone.

Track is great, but when trying to replace the image with the “cleanplate” I enounter this error:

“Original and fill image formats don’t match.”

 

Any ideas?

Hi Andrew,

  1. Delete all your cleanplates.
  2. All of them. :)
  3. Delete your removes.
  4. Make a *new* cleanplate for the phone.
  5. Paint it in photoshop.
  6. Do *not* flatten the image, simply paint on the layer and save it.
  7. This should fix the issue.
Alternately, try PNG instead of TIFF, this is a bug and we are working on a fix for it in V5.
