Hello, I’ve been provided source footage that I know started out as PAL (due to its European origin), but was provided to me in HD resolution, 1920x1080. The issue is, it appears to have been incorrectly/poorly upscaled; it contains blocky horizontal lines throughout, and is not usable as-is. Attaching a sample frame.
Does BorisFX make an effect that could help with this?
