I’m trying to do a remove in Mocha Pro plugin in Silhouette.
Everything is working fine in the plugin… but when I save and exit to Silhouette it crashes.
It’s probably crashed 20 times already this evening.
I keep opening the file… if I just track a few frames it might save.
If I do any more, it crashes pretty reliably.
Any help would be appreciated.
I wonder is software sending crash logs to your developers?
If I had to guess, the problem seems to be in relaying the Mocha Data to Silhouette so I can save.
The asterisk on the top next to the project name does not come up, indicating the data has not been secured, allowing me to save it into the Silhouette session.
(I’m not a programmer so this is my simplistic interpretation but may provide clarity in describing the issue I’m having)
If I click on the SIlhouette app window, it goes white and does the usual windows crash process.
I have latest version of Silhouette and an extremely fast computer running win 11.
Can you confirm that you are running Silhouette 2022.0.1? We just released this version last Friday and it included some Mocha fixes.
