We’re consistently finding that when clients provide an Avid sequence featuring a Sapphire Pan and Zoom effect, when we park on or attempt to interrogate the effect, we get an error message saying Avid cannot locate the still and this often corrupts the timeline and causes computer crashes.
We have been working around this issue by subbing these clips out and doing mixdowns (if it doesn’t crash upon doing so).

We are running the latest version of Sapphire on Avid MC 2019.12 on Windows 10.
