Sapphire SUPPORT is not responding to my emails

I have a problem with the activation code for Sapphire plugins for Fusion and I cannot work on the new fresh Win10
I wrote to Support several times - I got the case numbers and no one has answered for a week.
Anyone have any idea?

If its an consolation, you’re not alone.

Our work around was to purchase a new subscription, and wait until their normal hours to ask for a refund for the work around once its resolved.

Yes. now everything ok
After a week, someone knowledgeable spoke up and reset everything.
I was finally able to re-register my plugins.
It was a nervous week.
