Splines to AE

So has anyone come up with a way to translate the splines from one of products that mocha supports to AE masks?

even just this shape w/o feather?

i know there was a product way back when that let you import commotion rotos to AE, and SFX roto apparently can do translate as well.

Working on long HD sequences having to use multiple HD files instead of masks is a performance hit id rather not deal with, plus the project will become a AE template where im pretty sure the client would rather not have a project with gigs of mattes either

I’ve been trying to find a good intermediate for this, and have yet to find a work around. One would hope Adobe would have jumped on the B spline train for cs3, but woe is us, for they have not
