Trouble in tracking beads of microscopic video

I am using mocha to track beads of microscopic videos, and my aim is to export coordinates of the beads for every frame. However, it seems that the coordinates are based on spline, so how can I export those XY-coordinates of those control points frame by frame?

You want to “view the surface” the blue box that represents the tracking data and export the track data (not shape data).

If you are looking to do more custom exporting, you could look into mocha Pro 5 which has Python scripting ability and you could create a custom exporter.

Could you please show an python example of exporting X-Y coordinates of control points in every frame?

We don’t need an absolute coordinates of the video, but the exactly relative coordinates, which are enough to help us plot the tracking path quantitatively.
