Tutor-mocha for After Effects v2 for tracking broadcast graphics

I downloaded this tutor and I am unable to view the footage file “angel_gun_2.mov.”
My codec utility says its encoded in “xdvd”. I can’t find this codec on the web. I am using WinXP.

Looks like the same codec type is still in use on this tutorial. By the way from what I can get from the web this codec is able to almost double the amount of data that can be put on a DVD. Sounds great but I can’t find it. Any idea where we can get this codec???
