Unable to track error

Tracking drone footage after a few frame i keep getting the following error-

Unable to Track: Input frame from clip input doesnt exist

This is a brand new system with fresh load of After effects and Mocha

This can be caused by a delay from After Effects not sending a frame in time. What is the format of the footage and how much cache allocation do you have in AE?

We’ve addressed a way to work around this delay from After Effects in Mocha Pro, and the next update of Mocha AE will also contain the fix.

The footage is .mov

Where do I look for the cache info
