Why doesn't this work?

Hi,
I’ve used Mocha for some tracking things in the past and it seems to have worked well. But now, I have a track that seems simple enough, but it’s not tracking the plane at all.
This is what I’m trying to track: http://www.artbeats.com/clips/WR-FH103-62/HD
The steeple section so I can replace the window with a ‘night time’ lit window.
However, when I track using an x-spline, the spline grows and throws everything off so that my corner pin box is all warped.
Any suggestions?

Hi there,
You’ll want to track from the largest area to the smallest area of data, so from the end of the shot backwards. And you may need to use adjust track to get this to line up right.

Reel Inspirations, I’ve looked at your link.
The footage is very dynamic and low quality, i.e. it’s difficult to test on it ( I suppose you have the original resolution).
I could suggest you solving the shot with 3d point tracking software or just try 3D solving in Mocha 3.0, but I am not sure that will work too.
